Docker-containerd-shim not found

Error response from daemon: failed to start shim: exec: "docker-containerd-shim": executable file not found in $PATH: unknown

After the upgrade to docker-20.10, my containers doesn't start, giving me some minutes of panic
Luckly the quick solution is to restart docker daemon, to have everything back to run again

Quick fix on Debian:

service docker restart

With a fast check with a docker restart of my containers now it's back to normal
The affected version is docker.io 20.10.0+dfsg2-1
